Terms of Use

1. The service

Red Şantiye is a browser-based construction management platform that brings together sites, work progress, defects, daily reports, subcontractor payments, purchasing, safety, quality, programme and reporting. Which modules are available depends on the company's package. The demos on the website run on sample data and are saved nowhere.

2. Accounts

• The platform administrator opens the company account and the first administrator. The company's administrators add users and set their roles.
• Keeping your sign-in details secret is your responsibility. If you suspect they have been compromised, tell your company administrator or us.
• An account may be used only by the person it was opened for.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe others' rights, or in ways that harm the platform's security or operation.
• Do not try to reach data you are not authorised to see, bypass security measures or reverse-engineer the service.
• Make sure the photos and files you upload are lawful and do not infringe third parties' rights.

4. Data

The data a company enters into the application belongs to the company. Red Şantiye processes it only to provide the service, keep it secure and meet legal obligations (details are in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice). When the agreement ends, the company may ask for its data to be exported.

5. Fees

Fees depend on the chosen package and the size of the sites and are shown in the pricing section of the website. A number of users is included by site size; more are charged as extra users. Subscription payment is collected outside the application, by arrangement. Prices exclude VAT and may change with prior notice; negotiated prices apply for the agreed term.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption or error, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates and unforeseen causes. Data is backed up every day. With no internet on site, some entries wait on the phone and are sent when the connection returns; other actions need internet.

7. Intellectual property

The Red Şantiye software, name, logo and marketing content belong to Red Şantiye. Users get a non-exclusive right to use the service for as long as they use it, which cannot be transferred.

8. Limit of liability

The service is a tool that helps keep and follow site records. It does not replace engineering, legal, financial or safety decisions, and responsibility for those lies with the people and companies concerned. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit.

9. Termination

A company may end its agreement as stated in it. In case of serious breach of these terms, access to an account may be suspended or closed.

10. Changes and governing law

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page. Turkish law applies to these terms.
